The Alder Flats 4-H Multi Club was started by Joni Pitzel and Jolene Seely. The first projects were sewing and scrapbooking. Since then, the club has done a variety of projects including crafts, scrapbooking, woodworking, leadership, creative options, outdoors, and vet sciences.
Christine Patten is our club leader and keeps us informed of all the happening in the Wetaskiwin District as well as the West Central Region which we are part of.
This year we have 19 members, all of whom are taking part in Outdoors. With Patty Reid and Jilayne Parker leading the members, we continue to have a blast and look forward to hear what they have planned for us. Two of our seniors are doing Vet Sciences. Christine Patten is in charge of this spectacular new project that could open many doors for these two young girls.
This year we are proud to say that our club has been around for 21 years!
